- OHR Performance Management, webpage provides guidance on yearly evaluations. The Georgia Tech performance cycle is aligned with the calendar year. All classified staff employees should have a recent review reflecting the prior year’s performance before April.

- 2021 Self Assessments Period is from Dec. 13, 2021 – Jan. 21, 2022
- 2022 Goal-Setting Period is from Jan. 4, 2022 – Feb. 11, 2022
- 2021 Performance Evaluation Period is from Feb. 1, 2022 – Mar. 31, 2022
- Original, signed performance evaluations due to department HR Business Partner/Representative (Brandi Foley-Rodgers) by April 1, 2022.
